Last week I was trying to decide what to get my mom for her birthday. I did get a giftcard to Lips (thats that chicken lip place I like so much) and a bear fountain but I also wanted to give her something from my heart. I finally came up with an idea that I thought was neat so I set to work on it.
I had to find a cookie jar, decorations, ribbons, tape, paper, craft stuff.
Each side of the cookie jar has a different design with different disney princess pictures. The most time consuming part was wrapping each reason up and tying it with a ribbon. It took lots of time especially writing out the reasons in pretty handwriting. hehe.
I made my mom this gift. It is a cookie jar filled with 60 reasons why I love her (she turned 60). She is to open one a day for 60 days. It was pretty easy to think of 60 and I could have thought of lots more. I also included a letter with it informing her exactly what it is and to only open one a day (no cheating).
I just thought it would be fun to share this with you!!!! I love it and hope she loves it as much as me!
