A Season Of Eden by JM Warwick

Summary: He's my teacher. I shouldn't be alone with him. But I can't help that he's irresistible. I let the door silently close at my back. He stared at me, and a taut quiet stretched between us. "I like hearing you play," I said, moving toward him. He turned, in sync with my slow approach. He looked up at me but didn't say anything. I rested my clammy hand on the cold, slick body of the baby grand. "May I?" The muscles in his throat shifted, then he swallowed. "Eden." My knees weakened, like a soft tickling kiss had just been blown against the backs of them. "Is it okay?" I asked. His gaze held mine like two hands joined. He understood what I was really asking. "Let me stay," I said. "Please." "You're going to get me in trouble," he said.

My Thoughts: I have been wanting to read this one for a while so when I finally did, I dove right in. We are introduced to Eden who is a popular girl who gets what she wants usually. She is dating Matt, who she has been seeing for a while now. She ends up in a class and there is a new teacher at the school. She instantly is drawn to him. His name is Mr. Christian. He is only 4 years older than Eden. They have an attraction and a secret relationship starts to form.We also meet all the side characters, his family, her friends, her family. I'll be honest, I liked this book a lot. I enjoyed reading about Eden and Mr Christian, I wanted to know what happened next. He's only 4 years older than her, and even though it felt wrong I couldn't help but like it. I wanted more to happen between them!!! Yes, she's 18 but she's his student. Pick this book up now to find out what happens between Mr. Christian and Eden and Eden and Matt.

Overall: I really loved this one! Did you also know this is Jennifer Laurens under another name? I did not know that at first!!!! Yay for Jennifer!!!

Cover: I like the cover. I like the black and white angle and the red apple in his hand.

What I'd Give It:

I don't know why but I'm always kind of attracted to books who have a student/teacher relationship. I think it's because it's forbidden, and because a teacher should be a person of great knowledge and stuff...

I will be reading this!

This book sounds extremely good.
I've read 'Teach My' by R.A. Nelson several times because it is such a good book. It was the same concept: student/teacher relationship.

I will put this one to my TBR pile. Thanks for the review. :)

This cover kind of creeps me out, but the book sounds amazingly good. I might have to get over the cover, as I'm thinking I want to read it!
